Darkness is falling, wrapping around you from every side.
You can feel its pressure and weight, its pervasiveness obscuring your view.
And though you hesitate, you know that to become your next shape you must be transformed.
You know you cannot become anew without first coming apart.
This is where death comes up to greet you, the unknown comes to know you, and darkness takes you into the deep.
And so you descend into the womb-tomb, into the sacred unknown, where the Great Mystery does her magic.
