EARTH is our teacher, mirror, healer and guide.
The hawk, just about to take wing, she knows.
The bear mother, with her cubs in her den, she knows.
The seed, stirring in her heart of hearts, she knows.
The birch bark, peeling back to make way for the new, she knows.
:
Each knows the pressure of the waiting, the unknown before the new knowing.
Each knows that tension and time are necessary medicine, uncomfortable but inevitable precursors to renewal.
Each knows yearning intimately, the space of push and pull, of reaching toward the light.
:
All of this is within you, too.
At this seasonal threshold of not-yet-spring, you turn with the wheel from the North toward the East.
You pause the pushing and the striving for a little while.
Instead, you let life unfold you.
And in aligning with the the tender and mysterious threshold of pre-beginnings, you begin to embody a new possibility.
A weight lifted.
Deepening trust in your own divine timing.
And sacred spaciousness for inspiration to emerge.
:
I welcome you on this four part journey.
To honor and hold the wrestling, the waiting and reveling in the mysterious space between nothing and something
To cleanse and clarify hopes and yearnings with the medicine of feather and breath.
To renew and reveal, tapping into your own deep source of resilience.
And to stand at the threshold of dawn with a new sense of possibility and the light of compassion in your eyes.
:
To make the most of this experience, I suggest:
Finding a quiet corner, a little space and time to yourself—at least 20 minutes per section.
Bringing your favorite journal, pen and warm beverage.
Choose full screen view on a computer for a fully immersive experience—(peaceful, silent) videos won’t play on mobile devices.
Take your time. Take a few deep breaths before moving to each next page.
:
Take my hand, let's plant our feet in the Earth.
Let's turn our faces toward the sun.
We begin with a ceremony of blessing and cleansing, always a sweet place to start.
